Debbie and Angie did a great job helping us locate a home in the Fair Oaks area. We did virtual tours on many homes until we found the one we really wanted. They guided us through each step of the process once we chose the house we wanted to purchase. Debbie went over the home inspection report with us and requested additional information we needed. We did have to do price negotiation and they helped us through that as well. The entire process when smoothly and without any surprises. They are also helping us sell a home we inherited and that has not been easy but they have guided us through deed transfer and estate sale experts to assist us in the sale. They are a top team !
